We will pre and post treat your flat surfaces to kill, and then help slow the re-growth of algae. After the pretreatment we will pressure wash the surface to remove the dirt and algae. 

Note: This service only removes loose dirt and algae, it does not include oil stain or rust improvement. 

This is an add-on service to the standard concrete cleaning. Oil stains are difficult and sometimes impossible to remove completely, for that reason this is not an oil stain removal but an improvement. There is a high possibility that there will still be a shadow where the oil stain was. In most cases $50 is the highest we charge, but in some cases where there is a high frequency of large stains the cost will increase. 

Like oil stains, rust stains are difficult to completely remove from concrete. On other surfaces the rust stain can be completely removed. Rust stain improvement starts at $25 with the purchase of a concrete or fence wash. The cost of rust stain improvement can increase with frequency or size.

Our goal with a wood wash is to make it look like it was installed yesterday. We take care not to damage the fibers in your wood products.

If your trash cans are empty on the day of your service, we will wash them for $25 for every 2 cans.

We offer monthly plans as well as one-time services. The first wash is $50 and must happen on trash day after pickup or the following day.

A $10 discount is granted to customers that return monthly for trash can cleaning. This service can be achieved by booking your monthly trash can cleaning at, or before the time of your first trash can cleaning. The “first month’s” and the “added to an exterior wash” will qualify you for the lower cost for the next month. 

We will apply a chemical solution to kill organic growth and brake down  dirt. Then we will rinse away the dirt using low pressure.
